kybun trial shoes are rated as B-Grades with a small defect that is often not even visible, as opposed to regular A-Grades. They may have been worn before, in this case they were professionally cleaned and disinfected. They are used to give the customer the opportunity to experience the walk-on-air feeling and the great advantages of a kybun shoe.

Cleaning:

After the trial period of 2 weeks, the kybun trial shoe must be cleaned and returned in a proper condition.

Return deadline/instructions:

The kybun trial shoes must be returned within 14 days after delivery (postage date is applicable) and in their original packaging. If the kybun trial shoe is returned after the 14-day deadline, a penalty may apply. Please send the kybun trial shoes including the original delivery note, cleaned and if possible in the original packaging, back to us.
